The Heart

About the size of your fist, the heart is the hardest working muscle of
the body. Because of this, the oxygen needs of the heart are great.
Without proper oxygen the muscle may be damaged or weakened and this can
result in poor circulation or even heart attack. Heart attacks occur when
the blood supply to the heart is interrupted by a blockage in the coronary
arteries or by a clot causing sudden reduction in blood flow.
Contrary to popular belief, high cholesterol does
not contribute to heart disease. It is the plaque in the arteries that
reduces blood flow, not the free flowing cholesterol. This plaque is
caused by oxidative damage, or elevated homocysteine and or C-reactive
protein in the blood that act as irritants to the arteries.
Hawthorn
berry will help oxygenate the heart muscle while vitamin C, alpha lipoic
acid, kelp, cilantro and chlorella are good choices to clear the artery
walls.
