Recipe Of The Month
Creamy Herb Dressing

1/2 cup cold pressed safflower oil
1 large tomato (scrubbed and cubed)
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 large garlic cloves (crushed)
2 tbsp. 100% vegetable glycerin
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 tbsp. each chopped thyme and tarragon
1/2 tsp. ground paprika

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix well.
Refrigerate before serving.
Yields approx. 1 cup
